The Knolls at Breckinridge Pool Rules

The swimming pool is the property of The Knolls at Breckinridge Homeowners Association and is provided for your enjoyment. Please do your part by obeying the following rules and encouraging others to do so. Thank you for your cooperation. ENJOY!!

• Only dues-paying residents of the The Knolls and their guests can use the pool.
• Absolutely no diving into the pool or running in the pool area at any time.
• Lifesaving equipment is for emergency use only.
• Adult resident at least 18 years old must supervise children under the age of 13.
• Gates should always be closed and locked for everyone's safety.
• Wear swim suits only; no cut-offs, shorts, etc allowed in pool.
• No smoking of any type.
• No excessive alcoholic beverage use.
• No glass containers of any type allowed in pool area.
• No pets of any type. (Richardson levies a $2000 fine).
• No rollerblades, skateboards, bicycles or similar non-swim equipment.
• Do not abuse pool furniture/accessories or remove from the pool area.
• Dispose of trash and remove personal items from the pool when leaving.
• Radio/players should be played on very low volume or used with headphones.
• The pool area will be closed between 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
• Residents responsible for conduct of family members/guests within the pool area.

DO NOT SWIM ALONE

Please remember the Knolls at Breckinridge pool is owned by all of us as residents and if you ever see any activity occurring while visiting the pool facility that you deem unsafe or not in accordance with these rules, please do not hesitate to interrupt the persons involved and ask them to stop the activity.

We all want the Knolls at Breckinridge pool to be a place of relaxation and entertainment for our family members and invited guests. And more so, we want it to be a safe environment.
