The Knolls at Breckinridge Architectural Committee

The Architectural Committee recommends architectural standards for board adoption; establishes procedures for submission, review and approval/denial of architectural plans; recommends methods for enforcing architectural standards, and reviews submitted architectural plans and makes recommendations of approval/denial to the Board.

Most structural changes or additions to the outside of your home or yard, require review and approval by the HOA. Be sure to submit a change form to the Management Company before beginning your project.
